Eligibility
TrapMan is intended for players aged 13 and over. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must review and agree to these terms on your behalf.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at help.nobilix@outlook.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Licence to Play
Nobilix grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and play TrapMan for personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not grant you any rights in TrapMan's source code, assets, or intellectual property.
Fair Play
You must not use cheats, hacks, bots, or any unauthorised third-party software that interacts with TrapMan. You must not attempt to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities. Violations may result in account suspension or permanent ban without prior notice.
Leaderboard and Player Names
Your username is displayed on public leaderboards. By choosing a username you confirm it does not infringe any third-party rights and does not contain offensive, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate content. Nobilix may remove or change usernames that violate this policy without notice.
Purchases and Refunds
In-app purchases are processed through your app store provider (Apple App Store or Google Play). All purchases are subject to the app store's terms and refund policies. Virtual items (skins, power-ups, etc.) have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. For Australian Consumer Law (ACL) rights regarding faulty or misdescribed purchases, contact help.nobilix@outlook.com. Nothing in these terms limits your ACL rights as a consumer.
Advertising
TrapMan may display third-party advertisements. Clicking on ads may take you to external websites or apps not operated by Nobilix. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those third parties. Your interaction with ads is subject to the advertiser's terms.
Intellectual Property
All content in TrapMan — including but not limited to game code, art, music, sound effects, characters, and trademarks — is owned by or licensed to Nobilix. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Termination
Nobilix may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these terms. You may delete your account at any time — see /trapman/delete-account. On termination, your licence to use TrapMan ends immediately.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee or right provided under the Australian Consumer Law. If any provision is unenforceable under applicable law, it will be severed and the remaining terms will continue in force.
Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You agree to first contact help.nobilix@outlook.com to resolve any dispute informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may seek resolution through the courts of New South Wales.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "last updated" date and, where appropriate, via in-app notice. Continued use of TrapMan after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
